    Cheboygan Memorial Hospital is a nonprofit, community health care provider dedicated to providing personalized, quality healthcare services and education in response to community need.

    Cheboygan Memorial Hospital (CMH) is a non-profit organization that includes a Critical Access Hospital with beds for medical/surgical patients and a long term care facility (Larson Hall). CMH offers 24/7 emergency care, inpatient and outpatient surgical services, laboratory, oncology, cardiopulmonary, audiology, x-ray, nuclear medicine, diagnostic ultrasound, CT, MRI, digital mammography and bone densitometry services, as well as physical, speech, and occupational therapies. The CMH Medical Staff offers many choices for outstanding primary care and covers many specialties.

    The Hospital campus is located at 748 South Main Street, overseeing the beautiful Cheboygan River. The Cheboygan Memorial Health Center is adjacent to the Hospital and includes Family Practice Clinics, Internal Medicine, Cheboygan Oncology, Patient Registration, Gift Shop, Conference Areas and the Wellness Center which houses Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab programs. The campus also includes Women’s & Children’s Health Services in the Lincoln Bridge Plaza, the Medical Arts Building and Bay Street Orthopaedics.

    The Indian River Medical Center is located 20 minutes south of the Cheboygan Hospital and is also part of CMH, offering primary care and x-ray services.

    CMH holds accreditation through the State of Michigan, Center for Rural Health and Joint Commission. Cheboygan is also part of the Michigan Stroke Network and has access to services through other area hospitals, as well as care agreements with Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital and Munson North Flight.

    Since 1942, CMH has been providing quality health care for the surrounding area, including Cheboygan, Emmet and Presque Isle counties, along with the entire Straits region.

    Currently, CMH is the leading employer in Cheboygan County with over 350 full-time positions. The Hospital Board of Trustees and the CMH Executive Team are committed to work toward a healthier community and making every effort to secure and continue the tradition of offering high quality patient care to the community.
