(2) cabins for rent!

Located just off the beautiful Cheboygan River, we provide clean, modern furnished, housekeeping cottages! Each cottage contains: 180+ channels of satellite TV; coffee pot; toaster; microwave oven; all kitchen utensils, dishes, pots & pans; (2) bedrooms each with (2) beds, pillows and comforters; a fold out sleeper sofa plus easy chairs & gas heat in the living room. Each cabin has one full bath w/ shower w/ endless hot water!! You must provide your own bed linens, dish and bath towels. One dock slip on the Cheboygan River and a 14′ boat are provided with each cottage. We do have 15hp motors available for rent.

 
Rental Info: The cabins are typically open for guests from the beginning of May until the end of October. The daily rate requires a minimum of stay of (2) days and there is a (6) person limit per cottage. Children 10 years and under stay free and there are no pets allowed! A $50.00 per week deposit is required to hold your reservation.

 
Rental rates:

 
Weekly:
- For up to (2) people – $425.00 + $25.50 (6% tax)
- For up to (4) people – $485.00 + $29.10 (6% tax)
- For up to (6) people – $545.00 + $32.70 (6% tax)

 
Daily (Out-of-season – May, September, & October):
- For up to (2) people – $75.00 + $4.50 (6% tax) – per night
- For up to (4) people – $100.00 + $6.00 (6% tax) – per night
- For up to (6) people – $125.00 + $7.50 (6% tax) – per night

 
Daily (In-season – June 1st to August 31st):
- For up to (2) people – $100.00 + $6.00 (6% tax) – per night
- For up to (4) people – $125.00 + $7.50 (6% tax) – per night
- For up to (6) people – $150.00 + $9.00 (6% tax) – per night

 
The normal rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Please plan to check-out no later than 10:00am Saturday morning so that the cottages can be made available to incoming guests by 12:00pm.
