    Event Description:
    Children are invited to dress up in their favorite Halloween attire and trick-or-treat to the Downtown community.  Participating businesses will have orange pumpkins on display in their storefront windows.  Main Street will be closed from State Street to Court Street during this time.  For more information, please contact Kirsten Guenther, Downtown Enhancement Administrator.
