" These events are designed to make sure you are getting the most value out of your Chamber Membership and getting all the advantages that you are entitled to. Someone told me years ago that a membership to a Chamber of Commerce is a lot like a membership to a fitness club. You could have a membership card in your wallet to the best gym in town but still weigh 500 pounds. The best way to get healthy is to go into that gym and use the machines. It’s the same thing with Chambers. Many people join a Chamber of Commerce and then say “now what do I do?” That is the question that we will be answering in our “Making the Most of Your Membership” series.
